You probably found us searching for Kraft Cheese coupons. I cannot blame you at all; I love cheese. While Kraft offers a lot of other products that aren’t cheese, lets focus on their cheeses. Kraft cheese coupons will get you a lot of different kinds of cheese. Mild, medium, and sharp cheddar cheese is a very classic place to start our list of cheeses offered by Kraft. Then, you have Swiss, pepper jack, provolone, mozzarella, Havarti, Colby Jack, American, jalapeno white cheddar, and others. Kraft coupons will help you get any of these.

Chicken and Black Bean Enchiladas with Gooey Jack Cheese
• 1 teaspoon olive oil
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• 1 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces *see cook's note
• 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 (4-ounce) can diced green chilies
• 1/3 cup prepared salsa, mild, medium or hot
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
• 4 (8-inch) flour tortillas
• 1 1/3 cups shredded Monterey jack and or Cheddar
• *Cook's note: this is enough chicken to make this meal and another meal. If you are only making this meal, use 1 pound chicken.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Heat oil in a skillet using medium heat. Add the onions and garlics and sauté for 2 full minutes. Add the chicken breasts and sauté for 5 minutes, the chicken should be golden brown and cooked all the way through.
Stir in the beans, chilies, and salsa and simmer for about 5 minutes, the sauce should thicken and reduce. Remove it from the heat and stir in cilantro.
Next, place 4 tortillas on a flat surface. Top each tortilla with the chicken mixture. Roll the tortillas and place side by side in a shallow baking dish. Top tortillas with shredded cheese.
Bake enchiladas 15 minutes, until cheese is golden and gooey!
